The knight's castle in Radziki Duże was built in the first half of the 15th century by the castellan of Dobrzyń, Andrzej Ogończyk. The building was built of stone and brick on a quadrilateral plan with dimensions of 29 x 29 meters. The main element of the castle was a two-storey residential house adjoining the north-eastern wall. On the opposite side there was a protruding gate and the whole was surrounded by a perimeter wall, which created an inner courtyard.
